Also the zero setter has to be calibrated before fi rst use.
First, the position of the zero setter has to be noted in the
machine parameters. If you cannot fi nd the parameters,
please contact your machine/ software manufacturer.
For calibration, the calibration cycle of the machine control
can also be used. It is important that a tool is used from
which you know the exact tool length. The more precisely the
zero setter is calibrated, the better are the probing results.
