Hardware requirements
You should have a detailed circuit diagram to get the fol-
lowing information:
- Terminal for power 24V DC
(
Direct voltage: in the range of 12 up to 24 V)
- Terminal for power supply 0V DC (
colloquially
negative pole
)
- Terminal for input of the probing signal
- Terminal for input of the error signal (
not ab-
solutely necessary
)
Please note:
- Normally, no additional cards or devices are
necessary. Usually, your machine control has a
simple input for the probing signal. This input
is requested by the measuring cycles for a digi-
tal signal (0 or 1).
- Depending on the manufacturer of the machine
control, the measuring cycles also work without
an error signal. Thus, the input of the error si-
gnal is not necessary.
