In this case, you should memorise these sites (or pages) in the form of
favourites
(or
bookmarks) which represent direct access links to the Internet sites of your choice.
You may memorise a maximum of 5 favourites.
These may only be used if they are accessible at the parameter level of the current
connection of your operator and/or your Internet Access Provider.
There are two methods for creating favourites.
- Directly from the standby screen:
1- Tap on the
Menu
function key in the standby screen of the Telephone application.
2- Use the or the key on the virtual keyboard to bring up the
WAP
screen.
3- Tap on the
WAP
screen.
PLEASE NOTE: You may also tap on the
WAP
function key in the standby screen of
the Telephone application to go directly to the
WAP
menu.
4- Tap on
My Bookmarks
.
5- Tap on an empty location indicated by
…
(or on a favourite site name that you want to
replace).
6- Tap on
Edit
.
7- Enter the
name
that you wish to give to your new favourite site, then tap on the
OK
function key.
8- Enter the
Internet address
of your new favourite site, then tap on the
OK
function key.
To return to the standby screen, tap on the
Exit
function key or on the key on
the virtual keyboard.
- During an active connection, whilst a page is being viewed:
1- Tap on the function key on the virtual keyboard to display the
Options
menu.
2- Tap on the
Add a favourite
option.
3- Enter a
name
for the site or the page that you want to add to the list of your
favourites, then tap on the
OK
function key.
PLEASE NOTE: Favourites can only be edited or deleted from the
WAP
menu, while
you are disconnected.
• Use of favourites
