Setting the volume of reception may be carried out more quickly (during a call), using

the jog wheel of your Mondo. For further details on these shortcuts, please refer to the

section on

Basic operations

in this manual.

- To set the audio volume from the main menu:

1- Tap on the

function key in the standby screen of the Telephone application.

2- Use the or the key on the virtual keyboard to bring up the

Settings

screen.

3- Tap on the

Settings

screen.

4- Tap on

Phone Settings

5- Tap on

Tones Settings

6- Tap on

Volume

7- Tap on the item which corresponds to the type of setting required. You can choose

between

Ring

Ramping volume

Keys

Conversation

, or

Alarm

The volume setting screen will be displayed as well as the type of setting selected.

8- Tap as many times as necessary on the or the key on the virtual keyboard to

increase or decrease the volume.

9- Tap on the

function key to record your setting.

To return to the standby screen, tap on the

Exit

function key or on the key on the

virtual keyboard.

• Choosing melodies for the call tone and the wake up alarm

You can select melodies for your call tone (or alarm) from a list of 20 melodies stored

in the memory of your Mondo.
You can also allocate different tunes to incoming calls (depending on the type of calls)

and to the wake up alarm to help you distinguish them.

- To select a melody:

1- Tap on the

function key in the standby screen of the Telephone application.

2- Use the or the key on the virtual keyboard to bring up the

screen.

3- Tap on the

A menu will be displayed to enable you to select the type of call (or alarm) whose

melody you wish to change. It includes the following options:
