• Options during the display of messages:
To delete the message being displayed:
Ø Tap on the Exit function key.
To dial the number displayed on the screen in the message:
Ø Tap on the key on the virtual keyboard, or press the jog wheel of your Mondo.
To access other options:
Ø Tap on the Options function key.
The menu which is displayed will include the following options:
Option Function
Delete Deletes the message being broadcast on the screen.
Delete all Deletes all the messages in the queue.
Numbers Enables numbers displayed on the screen to be dialled
and, if necessary, recorded in the directory.
Cancel broadcast De-activates the information message reception func-
tion.
Ø Select the option of your choice.
• Activating/de-activating the audio alert:
You may programme a beep each time a new message is received, as follows:
1- Tap on the
Menu function key in the standby screen of the Telephone application.
2- Use the or the key on the virtual keyboard to bring up the Settings screen.
3- Tap on the Settings screen.
4- Tap on Broadcast .
5- Tap on On/Off .
6- Tap on On or on Off .
To return to the standby screen, tap on the Exit function key or on the key on the
virtual keyboard.
• Replacement or deletion of a message type in the selection list:
The message types recorded in the selection list may be amended or deleted as
follows:
1- Tap on the
Menu function key in the standby screen of the Telephone application.
2- Use the or the arrow on the virtual keyboard to bring up the Settings screen.
3- Tap on the Settings screen.
4- Tap on Broadcast .
5- Tap on Message types .
6- Tap on the message type you want to replace or delete.
7- Tap on the Options function key.
8- Tap on Amend by list to replace the selected message type by another message
type, or on Delete to remove it from the selection list.
