CLE (clear error flags)

This command clears the internal error flags.

It is intended for use in stand-alone mode only and must

not be used in direct mode.

he following error flags can be cleared by this command (determined by the <flag> parameter):



ALL: clear all error flags.



ETO: clear the timeout flag.



EAL: clear the external alarm flag



EDV: clear the deviation flag



EPO: clear the position error flag
