STOP (stop TMCL

program execution)
This function stops executing a TMCL
TM
program. The host address and the reply are only used to transfer
the instruction to the TMCL
TM
program memory.
This command should be placed at the end of every stand-alone TMCL
TM
program. It is not to be used
in direct mode.
