Inserted Forms Guidelines
•
Use forms with a paper roll loaded.

Use forms that are flat and without curls, folds, warps, or wrinkles.

Glue should not be on the bottom edge of the form.

Use of multipart forms with thick middle plies will decrease copy visibility.
