The framing kit, once assembled and attached, are used as the top and side standoffs.
In planning the installation for the fireplace, it is necessary to determine where the unit is to be installed, location of vent
system and where gas supply piping may be plumbed. Various types of installations are possible, such as, a peninsula
wall, an island, and between two interior walls (Figure 9). Due to high temperatures, do not locate this fireplace in areas
of high traffic or near furniture or draperies.
The minimum clearances from the fireplace to combustible surfaces must be adhered to and are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.
