Battery Pack
The battery pack is always the first FRU you should remove when you disassemble the T3300SL.
This is done as a safety precaution so you do not get an electric shock as you are disassembling or
reassembling the computer.
4.2.1
Removing the Battery Pack
1.
Turn off the power to the T3300SL. Disconnect the AC adapter and all external cables
connected to the T3300SL.

Facing the right side of the computer, push up and hold the battery cover release lever as
you slide the battery pack cover toward the back of the computer. Remove the battery
pack cover to expose the battery pack (Figure 4-1).

Firmly grasp the battery pack pull tab and pull the battery pack out far enough so that
you can grasp the battery pack. Then pull the battery pack out of the computer (Figure 4-2).
