4.2 Periodic Inspection
Check the followings at regular intervals (every six months), or when operating environments has
changed.
WARNING
When measuring the power supply voltage at the
terminal of the module, work so that the body does
not touch the terminal.
Otherwise, it may cause electric shock.
Mandatory
WARNING
Do not modify/repair/disassemble/adjust the device,
module, or board.
It may cause electric shock, fire, injury, or failure.
Upon malfunction or failure, contact our branch office or service
office.

by executing simple operations

module
Measure the voltage of each of the G2 I/O modules at the
terminal block
Within specifications
Check the LED of the input status display
LEDs light normally
Check the LED of the output status display
LEDs light normally
Check that the I/O terminal block is installed securely
Not loose or no play
Check that the terminal screws are not loose and the
terminals have a sufficient distance to the adjacent ones
No danger of loose or contact
Check that wiring cable is not damaged
No damages to cables
Environment
Check that the temperature, humidity, vibration, dust, etc.
are within the specified range
