8. Initial operation
a) Charging the built-in rechargeable battery
Warning! Use a suitable USB charger to charge the built-in battery (5 V, ≥
500 mA at the output).
• Connect the micro USB charging port (9) to a suitable USB charger (not
included with the product).
•
If the device is not switched on, the charging symbol will flash during the
charging process.
• If the device is switched on, the charging symbol will be displayed together with
the lightning symbol during the charging process.
• The charging symbol will appear full when the built-in battery is fully charged.
b) Using the product as a detector
Hold the device in your hand so that the words “Wall Detector” appear in the correct
orientation. Operate the detector using the buttons on the side facing you.
