accelerato r pedal is depressed.
This state code is displayed when the voltage of
accelerator at P7 is 1 .4V and direction selection is no t
available (bo th P4 and P5 are lower than 50% o f battery
voltage).

Possible ca uses
The accelerator pedal is depressed before
Forward/Reverse switch is turned on.
The state code should disappear when the
direction switch is closed or accelerator pedal is
released.
Directio n switch failure
Check that the Forward/Reverse switch is
closed during direction selection.
Open circuit between direction switch and battery
positive electrode o r P4/P5 .
Check all contro ller wirings and connections in
troubleshooting diagram.
