In addition to user pauses, the run can include pauses created by the
protocol itself, such as a pause to change plates, load a plate, unload a
plate, dispense, and so on. See more below.

During the run, the remaining run time is shown in smaller numericals
on the time bar. The time shown in bold and larger numericals in the
middle of the window indicates the time remaining until the following
pause. During the pause, the user must be prepared, for example, to
load the plate, dispense, or unload the plate and elution strip.
