Note that the System Administrator sets the type of Task
Prompt for the Task in the System Setup
(see A Guide to Using
DCS4 Data Management and Reporting Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61066/000)
or in the Configuration program
(see A
Guide to Using DCS4 ACW Manager Ref No.
EPD/MHB/61064/000).
If the Task Prompt is set to Prompt in the System Setup, the
Worker enters their Task ID directly.
If the Task Prompt is set to List in the System Setup, the
Worker must enter '0' in the Enter Task Number field to enter
the List Tasks Selection screen (see below). Otherwise, the
Worker may enter their Task number directly. Note that '0'
moves the user to the next screen.
If the Task Prompt is set to Group, the Worker must enter '0' in
the Enter Task Number field to enter the Group Tasks Selection
screen (see below). Otherwise, the Worker may enter their
Task number directly. Note that '0' moves the user to the next
screen.
