Suction Line Splice Connector
Certain vehicle powered truck units come equipped with a suction line splice connector with two service ports. This
connector is used to attach either the oil return hose, the liquid injection hose, or on some models, both to the unit’s
refrigeration system.
It is important that the splice connector be installed correctly and hoses connected to the correct service ports.

Splice Connector Service Ports
Two service ports are located on the splice connector. Depending on the model, these ports are used to connect either
the oil return hose, the Jet Cool hose, or both.
•
Schrader valve(s) must be removed from the port(s) prior to connecting the oil return or Jet Cool hose.
•
Unused service port must retain the Schrader valve and cap.
