8.2.1
Brine monitoring
Note: On WW version using water as cold carrier media, the brine monitoring function is used to prevent freezing and can/may therefore
not be deactivated/adjusted.
In cases where there is a risk that the energy outtake becomes too large for the collector (and the borehole becomes too cold), "Brine in
monitoring" can be enabled in the display. This function will limit the compressor 1-2°C before the stop limit (Brine in min). If the heat
pump power is insufficient, the internal immersion heater will be used, resulting in increased energy consumption.
If Brine monitoring function is not visible in the menu after logging in, press settings
and go to Installation menu. Go to brine moni-
toring and enable brine monitoring with the switch. This will make the functionality visible in the installation menu so that it can be
activated in the settings menu, with the following steps:
1. Press
on the Start screen to open the Menu screen.
2. Press on Settings
.
3. Press on the text Heat pump.
4. Navigate to Brine in, monitoring.
5. Set desired minimum temperature.
6. Press
to activate.
7. Confirm settings by pressing
.

Alarms
During commissioning and start up, alarms sometimes may appear. Press
to get more information about the alarm when it has
occurred. Press
visible in the alarm log. (A more detailed technical information will appear for the logged in installer compared to
the end customer).
Some common alarms are:
Internal immersion heater: This is most often caused by poor flow or air in the coil inside the hot water tank or heating circuit, or
before the circulation pump. Bleed thoroughly and reset overheat protection T1 on the electrical cabinet when the temperature has
decreased.
High pressure: This is most often caused by poor flow or air in the coil inside the hot water tank or heating circuit, or before the circula-
tion pump. Bleed and reset alarm.
Low pressure: This is most often caused by poor flow or air in brine circuit. Bleed and reset alarm.
