1 Check hydraulic oil level 7.9.7
2 Check the engine oil level 7.9.1
3 Check the coolant level 7.9.3
4 Check fuel pre-filter for water collection, drain if necessary 7.9.4
5 Check fuel level (fuel gauge on instrument panel) 7.9.4
6 Check windshield washer fluid level 7.9.19
7 Visual check (general) for material cracks, external damage, completeness, etc. --
8 Check for leaks:
Pipes, hoses, control valves, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, etc. --
The screw-in couplings must be locked when tightening hose or line
connections to prevent rotation.
9 Check electrical indicating and warning elements, and the lighting system 7.9.20
10 Check smooth running of operator controls --
11 Lubricate the machine according to overview of lubricating points 7.8.3
Weekly Chapter
15 Clean the cooling fins of the combined cooler 7.9.3
In case of stronger ratio of dust, shorten the cleaning intervals!
16 Check that door catches function perfectly --
17 Check tire pressure and wheel nuts 7.9.15
18 Check fastening of axles and propeller shaft 7.9.13
19 Check mounting of swing drive (hydraulic motor and gear unit) 7.9.17
20 Check bearing bushings and bolts of work equipment --
21 Check hydraulic axle locking 7.9.11
22 Check correct function of pneumatic springs of service covers and front windshield --
23 Check function, condition and completeness of safety equipment --
24 Check function “Shut-off of the working hydraulics by maintenance ladder” --
25 Lubricate the machine according to overview of lubricating points 7.8.3
