Coming to a halt
•
Travel speed is reduced by releasing the
accelerator pedal (18/13).
•
The hydrostatic travel drive acts as a non-
wearing auxiliary brake.

4.7.1.2 Apportionable driving with rocker
acceleration pedal
The "
additional accelerator pedal for
apportionable driving
" is used for applications in
which the maximum hydraulic power of the work
attachment is demanded by the excavator and the
excavator must simultaneously be shifted with
great regulation.
The travel direction and travel speed are controlled
by a foot rocker in this case.
When working hydraulics are
deactivated, the "rocker – acceleration
pedal" is without functionality.

Switch on the working hydraulics (18/52)
•

Travel range switch (18/58) to
"work" (turtle)
•
TW85 AL:
Travel range switch (18/64) to "work"
(turtle normal steering or 4WS or "crab
steering")
•

Select speed range I (18/65)
Observe the indicator light (17/67)
•
Travel direction switch (18/15) to "zero"
•
Toggle switch (18/59) to "driving with rocker"
(foot pedal switch position)
•
Increase engine speed with manual throttle
(18/16) as required
•
Driving by activation of the foot rocker (18/9)
from the zero position.
•
Foot rocker independently goes back into
neutral position.
Before switching back into normal
travel mode with accelerator pedal
(18/13), bring manual throttle (18/16)
into idle position.
