Configure the FPGA in JTAG Mode 

The following shows how the FPGA is programmed in JTAG mode step by step. 

1.

 

Open the Quartus Prime programmer, please  choose 

Tools > Programmer

. The Programmer 

window opens. See 

Figure 2-3
