8. Reinstall the two shoulder screws into the

caliper and new brake pads.

9. Reinstall the caliper assembly onto the

wheel housing. Position the shoulder screws

through the mount holes on the wheel

housing. Reinstall the two nyloc nuts and

tighten to 18 -- 24 Nm (15 -- 20 ft lb). Make

sure the caliper free floats after the screws

are tightened.

10. Reinstall the tension spring onto the brake

caliper lever and wheel housing.

11. Reinstall the front tire and wheel assembly.

WHEEL instructions in this section.

12. Operate the machine and check the brakes

for proper operation.
