4. Disconnect the machine batteries.

5. Remove the four screws holding the right

hand brush door to the machine frame.

Remove the right hand side brush door.

6. Locate the main brush drive belt idler pulley

between the small motor drive pulley and the

larger brush pulley.

7. Loosen the hex nut in the center of the idler

pulley.
