16. Connect the new main brush motor to the

main harness.

17. Line up the mount holes in the new motor

with the mount holes in the machine frame

and motor pivot plate. Reinstall the four flat

head screws. Tighten to 11 -- 14 Nm

(7 -- 10 ft lb).

You may have to rotate the

brush arm weldment to line up the access

holes.

18. Wire tie the motor wires to the motor

housing.

19. Reinstall the small main brush V--belt pulley

onto the new main brush motor shaft. Line

up the small V--belt pulley with the larger

V--belt pulley. Make sure the square key is

installed on the shaft. Hand tighten the two

set screws tight.
