Maintenance
General
A planned program of regularly scheduled
maintenance will return dividends by averting
possible costly and unexpected periods of down
time. It is the responsibility of the owner to
provide the necessary maintenance for the rooftop
units and coils. If a system failure occurs due to
improper maintenance during the warranty period,
Tempmaster is not liable for costs incurred to return
the unit to satisfactory operation.
Safety
You are required to review the
before providing any service or maintenance on the
rooftop unit.
WARNING
Before performing service or maintenance operations
on this unit, turn off the main power switch to the unit.
Electrical shock could cause personal injury. Improper
adjustment, alteration, service, or maintenance can
cause injury or property damage. For assistance or
additional information, consult a qualified service
agency or the gas supplier.
Condenser safety tie-off
WARNING
When completing maintenance on the condenser
section, use the safety tie-off on top of the condenser
section to avoid falling from the unit.
