6.2.2 Cross-Connection
The examples that follow show various routing methods involving cross-connection patch cabling between
trays on the same or different Main ADFs. Typical interconnections are between network elements, between
a network element and either intrafacility cable (IFC) or outside plant (OSP) cable, or between IFC and/or
OSP cables.
