If you are using a DSL modem, you will need to enable PPPoE as described in section
“Enabling Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE)”
, and disable PPPoE on your
router.

- Wait for the Voice LED to glow, indicating that you are connected to your
VoIP service providers. It may take a minute or two for these connections to be established.
For
Access 211N
– Wait for the respective Phone (
Voice)
LED (LED Phone1 for PH1
port/LED Phone2 for PH2 port) on the Gateway front panel to glow, indicating connection to
your Internet and VoIP providers. It may take a minute or two for these connections to be
established.
11.
Reset your router and verify that your broadband modem and your router are working.
Verify that your broadband Internet service functions properly.
12.
Pick up the phone on each line to verify that you can hear the dial tone.
