9.2 Check the Wi-Fi RSSI on Dongle or Mobiles
Use a Wi-Fi analysis software to place the base unit on the same network as the dongle or mobiles to
measure the Wi-Fi RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator). We recommend the RSSI be above -
70dB to be good enough to keep a stable signal transmission. If not, take the steps for

10. Troubleshooting
Here you can find some fundamental problems and possible causes, which can be happen during
the use of “Wireless Media”. Find out if the problem you’ve encountered is in the table below.
