Missing band in direction of paper travel
There are areas of the image that are
extremely light or are missing
entirely. These missing areas form
wide bands that run along the page
from leading edge to trailing edge in
the direction of paper travel (B-size
print shown). The printer displays no
error code.
Note
A-size prints are processed
through the printer with the
short edge of the print parallel to
the direction of the paper path
making print artifacts parallel to
the short edge of the print.
In B-size prints are processed
through the printer with the long
edge of the print parallel to the
paper path making artifacts
parallel to the long axis of the
print.
