Fuser
Temperature

There is a problem with the fuser. The
engine control board senses an open
temperature sensor circuit.

Open the fuser door and
ensure the fuser connectors
are properly seated.

Close the fuser and power
cycle the printer. Check that
the fuser heats up

Check for line voltage at P/J
71 pins 1 and 2. If no voltage
is present replace the power
supply

Replace the fuser

Replace the engine control
board

during the specified time.
