This command sets CH1 and CH2 in track mode. In this mode, the ratio of CH1
to CH2 voltage that is set before sending the command will be maintained for
subsequent voltage settings.

Arguments
CH1, CH2, and CH3
are the channel numbers (only CH1 or CH2 are available
for the two channel instruments).
NOTE.
CH3 is not a valid channel on dual output models.
