The CURVe command transfers waveform data to the oscilloscope. The data
is stored in the reference memory location speci
fi
ed by
starting with the data point speci
fi
ed by
. Only one waveform can
be transferred at a time. The waveform will only be displayed if the reference
is displayed.
NOTE.
Transferring large volumes of data to or from the oscilloscope takes time.
ASCII waveform transfer is very inef

cient.

Arguments
<Block>
is the waveform data in binary format. The waveform is formatted as:
#<x><yyy><data><newline>, where:
<x> is the number of y bytes. For example, if <yyy>=500, then <x>=3)
<yyy> is the number of bytes to transfer. If width is 1, then all bytes on the
bus are single data points. If width is 2, then all bytes on the bus are 2-bytes
wide. Use the
command to set the width for waveforms
transferred into the oscilloscope. Use
to set the width
for waveforms transferred out from the oscilloscope.
<data> is the curve data.
<newline> is a single byte new line character at the end of the data.
<asc curve>
is the waveform data in ASCII format. The format for ASCII data
is
<NR1>
[,
<NR1>
...], where each
<NR1>
represents a data point.
DIGital
Sends the data to the speci
fi
ed reference waveform slot, as speci
fi
ed
by the DATA:DESTINATION command. If the data encoding is a binary
format, then depending upon the setting of HEADER, the binary block header is
prepended to the output data. (MSO models only)
