STEP 12a: If adding weight, for every
5 lbs, rotate the CLOCKWISE 8
times.
Do not use excessive force turning
Charge Handle counterclockwise.
STEP 12b: If removing weight, for every 5 lbs rotate
the handle COUNTER CLOCKWISE 8 times.
EXAMPLE: If the weight of approximately 20 lbs is
added to the worksurface, then rotate the handle
CLOCKWISE 32 times. (8 times for each 5 lbs)
