STEP 1: Bring Panel Mount to Rail.
STEP 2: Rotate Thumb Screw
STEP 4: Insert Stem into Mount in a STRAIGHT DOWNWARD direction and insert Head to
Stem and connect to Power.
STEP 3: Fully tighten Thumb Screw to move Metal Plate up.
