THICK
On the elapsing of the SQUEEZE1 and SQUEEZE times (if present), the
thickness of the material to be welded is measured before the weld current flow.
Check the THICKNESS measured by the control unit in the quality analysis screen.

The minimum and maximum limits may be set in the run measurement.
IDENT
At the end of the weld current flow, and before the HOLD time execution, the
indentation of the electrodes into the material during the weld is measured. Check the
IDENTATION of the electrodes measured by the control unit in the quality analysis
screen.

The minimum and maximum limits may be set in the run measurement.
The correct indentation values are outlined in the specific weld tables according to the
type of material to be welded.
TH+ID
Both measurements are carried out before and after the weld and the minimum
and maximum limits may be set in both.
By setting parameter QUALITY - T to THICK or TH+ID, the user activates the
limits on the
material's initial thickness
.
In this case, two new parameters are displayed:
THICK. MIN lower initial thickness limit of the material
THICK. MAX upper initial thickness limit of the material
and are to be used to set the thickness limit of the material at the beginning of the weld.
