Follow the procedure step by step to correctly diagnose the problem. Take particular care with the 
checks highlighted by circled numbers, which are described in detail below:

Carry out the 

Standard Settings

 procedure as detailed in the relevant paragraph of the Service 

menu. 

 

(2)

 

Check that the mechanical system, consisting of the  pedals, belt and brake, moves smoothly 
and without higher than normal friction or resistance. 

 

(3)

 

Measure the voltage supplied by the Brake Board to the winding. In Quick Start mode, select 
the effort level and check that the value is different from 0. 

  If you replace Brake Board, check that its SW version is updated, otherwise install the 

last version.
