1. Back off the 4 screws (e) using a 4mm
hexagonal wrench.

Remove the lower tray bracket.

2. Back off the 6 screws (f) with a 6mm
hexagonal wrench ( back off the 3 at the right
side or at the left side depending on the
handlebar you want to remove
).

Remove the handgrips.
In case of a 700 machine, before
disassembly the levers, disconnect the
Hand Sensor cables leaving from
upright, down when to come out.
To reassemble the handgrips, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
