Menu Bar
Refer to chapter 6.4.5 Scanner Shell Menus for information of the
menu
options.
Toolbar
The following buttons are available on the toolbar:
Click the

button to show the

dialog box.
It contains the following elements:

Version number
•
Copyright
Click the
Help
button to display the online
Help
for elements such as:

Buttons

Menus
•
Windows
Click the
Connect
button to directly connect to an instrument.
Click
the
Measurement
button to display the
Measurement Parameter
dialog box
.
The
Start Measurement
button appears gray, because measurements
cannot be started from the Scanner Shell software.
Click this button to show the
Measurement Control
panel.
Status Bar
The
Status bar
displays the following information:

Help access: Press

Current status of the keyboard toggles:
CAP
(caps lock),
NUM
(Numeric
block lock),
