9 Installation Inspections
This chapter gives a checklist which needs to be filled in after the
installation of TC500K3US-O inverters.
Before the inverter is put into operation, the installation of the inverter
shall be checked by at least two staff members according to the following table
to ensure validity of the installation of the inverter.
Inspected items of mechanical installation

Inverter enclosure is without deformation and damage conditions
□
The bottom of the inverter is fixed and supported stably and reliably
□
The inverter has enough spaces around
□
The temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions of the environment the
inverter is exposed meet the requirements
□
Cooling air flows smoothly
□
The seal protection of the cabinet is complete and reliable
Inspection of electrical installation
□
The inverter is grounded completely and firmly
□
Grid voltage matches with the rated input voltage of the inverter unit
□
The grid-connecting phase sequence is correct, and the tightening torque meets the
requirements
□
DC input connects with the positive and negative poles correctly, and the tightening
torque meets the requirements
□
Communication wiring is correct, and maintains a certain distance from other cables
□
The wire size of cables is marked properly and clearly
□
Insulation protective cover is complete and reliable, and the danger warning labels
are clear and firm
