Tighten the wiring terminal in two or more ways.
Step 6
Install heat shrinking tubing.
(1)
Select heat shrinking tubing corresponding to the cable size, with the
length of about 5cm;
(2)
Put the heat shrink tubing onto the wiring terminal completely.
(3)
Use an alcohol burner or hot hair dryer to make heat shrink tubing
tightened.
Step 7
Connect "DC +" cable to the combiner box or the positive of PV
array.
(1)
Connect the wiring terminal to the lower fuse of positive input; the
fuse has nuts, spring washers and flat washers which can be directly
fastened with tools, the installation detailed in the Figure 8-1

(2)
Tighten the nut using a torque wrench.
Step 8
Connect "DC-" cable to combiner box or PV array negative.
(1)
Select a bolt matching the wiring terminal (M10). Connect the
terminal onto the DC negative input copper bar which has screw
holes for direct fastening. The installation detailed see the Figure
