PHT FLEX

How to replace the tires

If the planter tires need repairs, proceed as follows:
• Replace the tires on a flat and firm place, being the planter hitched to the tractor;
• Totally lift the planter so that the tire is not touching the soil;
• Remove the cover (A) by loosening the butterfly nuts and the flat washers;
• Remove the bolts (B) that locks the tire (C) to the hub;
• Change the tire and lock the new tire again using the same bolts (B);
• It is not necessary to loosen up the clutch set.

Maintenance

Check if the planter is properly supported to avoid accidents.

Never let the pin (D) on transport position during working, as this may cause

damages to the equipment.
