Parameters： 0 ・・・Does not include in LEVEL1_ALM
1 ・・・Includes in LEVEL1_ALM
Response： Same as parameters
Restrictions： Alarm response is returned for normal SET commands in the following conditions
・If analog option is not attached（Type which A is not attached to end of name,
like ZX-S-400ＬN）
・While operating as a parallel operation slave unit
・ Sequence operation in progress
