To return M-axis to the origin manually (Manual M-axis Power-ON Restore)

When detected angle of bobbin is misaligned, this operation returns the bobbin to the previous angle before
misalignment by manual operation.
Use this function in such a case as when M-axis is misaligned due to turning of the bobbin by hand at power
turned OFF. It is effective only when misaligned angle against the correct angle is less than 180°.
