IPv6
Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) adds increased address
space and improves Internet functionality using a simpli-
fied header format, support for authentication and priva-
cy, autoconfiguration of address assignments, and enables
new quality-of-service capabilities.
During the Solaris installation sequence you will be
asked whether you want to enable IPv6.
1. When prompted to enable IPv6, make sure the Yes radio
button is checked and click Next to proceed.
