Problem
Cause
Remedy
The pipe is
collapsing
The flange O.D. is too big
compared to the pipe O.D.
Check the machine settings.
The wall of the pipe is thin.
Use three-phase flanging.
The flanging pin is set too far
from the pipe I.D.
Check the flanging pin setting.
