Return the defective material to us, including

anti-static bag
•
the completed form
•
the original box (or a comparable one). On the outside, clearly write the RMA
number issued to you by SysKonnect.
Note: The warranty is void if the material is damaged as a result of electrostatic
discharge problems or bad packaging.
