The diskettes supplied contain the protocol drivers for various operating systems and
platforms. They also contain the software tools required to configure and activate the Remote
Boot procedure for IPX or RPL for the SK-NET TR/PCI+ adapter. In the main directory of
installation diskette 1 you will find the README Viewer README.EXE. This enables you to
see which operating systems are supported.
The README Viewer shows you the installation instructions for the driver and supports you
in placing the adapter in service.
The README files you can read using the README Viewer were written specifically for the
drivers supplied. Consequently the sections below do not describe the actual installation of the
drivers, but how to use the README Viewer. The README Viewer makes it easier for you to
access the information supplied with the driver.
Calling and Operating the README Viewer
The README Viewer runs under DOS 5.0 or higher, or on operating systems under which
DOS programs run, such as Windows, OS/2, etc.
