PARAM_DEFAULTS
Description: Sets the parameters to their factory default values

Field Descriptions
This command returns all parameters to their factory default settings.
Host Requirements
The host sends this command to reset the decoders parameter settings to the factory default
values.
Decoder Requirements
Upon receiving this command, the decoder resets all its parameters to the factory default
values. The behavior is the same as scanning a SET DEFAULTS bar code.
