Convert UPC-E1 to UPC-A

Parameter # 0x26

This parameter converts UPC-E1 (zero suppressed) decoded data to UPC-A format before
transmission. After conversion, data follows UPC-A format and is affected by UPC-A
programming selections (e.g., Preamble, Check Digit).
