6.0 Options
- 96 -
This is a dynamic option and it follows the profile setting it is assigned to for the associated DNIS.
For example, if option [404] is set to “07” the following occurs:
Transmitter Output
1234567890 4567890
0000001234 0001234
0012345678 2345678
Panel
Output
567890
567890
7890
7890
00567890 0567890
If option [404] is set to “00” the following occurs:
Transmitter
Output
1234567890 1234567890
0000001234 0000001234

Output
567890

00567890 00567890
Option [405]: DNIS Replacement of RRLLL
Default (00) - RRLLL
When set to 00 (RRLLL), the SG-DRL5-IP outputs the RRLLL (Receiver number and line number).
When set to 01 (DNIS), the SG-DRL5-IP outputs the DNIS received from the transmitter instead of the RRLLL. This applies to all messages generated
by the transmitter (alarm signals, test transmissions, etc.) as well as any internally generated event messages by the receiver (unknown account, trans-
mitter restoral, encryption enabled, etc.). Any event that uses the account code of the transmitter has RRLLL replaced by the DNIS. For events generated
with account 0000, RRLLL is not replaced with the DNIS.
Option [406]: SIM Number Output
Default (00) - Disabled
This option is available with cellular transmitters. When enabled, the received SIM number is output to the printer and automation. The message includes
the account number (up to 10 digits following option [404]) and the SIM number (21 digits). The automation software used with the receiver must sup-
port (s) protocol via the Sur-Gard output format in order for this feature to work.
Available settings for SIM Number output:
00 (Disabled)
No SIM number output
01 (Printer & Automation)
SIM number output to printer and automation
02 (Printer Only)
SIM number output to printer only
03 (Automation Only)
SIM number output to automation only
The automation output is as follows:
sRRLLLAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
The printer output is as follows:
SG -RR-LLL-AAAAAAAAAA--SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Where:
s
is the protocol identifier
RRLLL
is the receiver and line number of the line card that received the event
A
is the 10-digit account number
S
is the SIM number of the transmitter that sent the event
Option [407]: Transmitter Encryption Enable
Default (00) - Disabled
This option enables automatic encryption, based on the profile setting, for supported transmitter types.
When disabled (00), encryption is disabled for all transmitters in the profile.
When enabled (01), encryption is enabled for all transmitters in the profile.
In the event that the account table is used to override the encryption setting, the change is ignored because the profile option controls this function.
