Confi guring Global Hotspare Drives by Using the Objects
Menu
Follow the steps below to confi gure Global Hotspare drives using the Object
Menus.
From the LSI Main Menu, select Objects and press <Enter>.

From the Objects submenu, select Physical Drive and press <Enter>.

A screen will appear to display all drives that are available in the system.

Using the arrow keys, select the drive that you wish to confi gure as hotspare

and press <Enter>.
